Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of motorcycle tours booked through Travel-Riders.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (5%)
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

2. Cancellation by Operator

If a tour is cancelled by the operator, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

3. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will work with operators to provide alternative dates or partial refunds based on incurred costs.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees are non-refundable
