Welcome to Travel-Riders. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travel-Riders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Travel-Riders' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Travel-Riders' website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

**Exception for Operators:** Notwithstanding the foregoing, authorized Tour Operators and Academy Operators acting in accordance with the Seller/Operator Agreement are permitted to use the Service for commercial purposes as explicitly authorized in that agreement.

3. Tour and Academy Operators

Users operating as Tour Operators or Academy Operators must adhere to the Seller/Operator Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and the Seller/Operator Agreement, the Seller/Operator Agreement shall control regarding the commercial use of the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users

5. Limitation of Liability and Use-at-Your-Own-Risk

Travel-Riders provides GPX files and route suggestions "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty as to their safety, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. Users assume all risk when following any route or using any GPX file provided through our service.

Motorcycle riding and adventure travel inherently involve significant risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, death, property damage, and exposure to hazardous conditions. By using our route planning services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Assessing the safety and suitability of any route for your skill level and vehicle
• Checking current road conditions, weather, and local regulations
• Ensuring your vehicle is properly maintained and equipped
• Carrying appropriate safety gear and emergency supplies
• Obtaining necessary permits, insurance, and documentation
• Making informed decisions about whether to proceed with any route

Travel-Riders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other losses arising from following routes or using GPX files provided through our platform.
